Carpet Cleaning San Juan LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), owned by Luis Calderon, provides carpet and upholstery cleaning services in DeKalb, Aurora, Rochelle, Elgin, and nearby northern Illinois. We only collect what you choose to share:

• Quote requests. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, city, the service you are interested in, and any details you add. This is delivered to our business inbox through FormSubmit during the current rollout and may also be stored in our private Neon database so the owner can manage the request.
• Photo quote requests. If you use the photo quote tool, we collect the photo you select, your phone number, and any name, city, or note you provide. Direct uploads are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, and request details are stored in Neon. Our private n8n automation may use Anthropic to draft an assessment for owner review. Automated price suggestions are never sent to you and are not final until the owner confirms them.
• Chat assistant. If you use the on-site chat, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages are helpful. We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for site measurement.
• Advertising attribution. When you arrive from an advertisement, we may retain limited campaign information in your browser session, such as a Google click ID, campaign tags, and the landing-page path. Google Ads may use cookies or similar technology and a temporary Google forwarding number to measure whether an advertisement led to a phone call. We do not send your quote text, uploaded photos, name, or phone number to our analytics tools.
• Language preference. Your English or Spanish choice is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

We use the details you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule service, and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and reach you: FormSubmit or Resend (depending on the active rollout mode, to deliver owner notifications), Neon (private business records), Cloudflare R2 (private photo storage), OpenRouter (the chat assistant), Anthropic (photo-request analysis), Telegram (a text-only operational backup), our privately operated n8n automation, Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and our hosting platforms. Owner portal access is limited to invited accounts. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your data.

We keep tracking limited to operating and measuring the site and our advertising. Our privacy-friendly analytics are cookieless; Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement and attribution. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may reduce attribution accuracy.

Abandoned direct uploads are scheduled for deletion after one day. Photos attached to a committed lead are scheduled for deletion after 60 days and are not attached to Resend emails. We keep lead, quote, job, and payment-record details for as long as needed to serve you and maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing info@sanjuancarpet.com.

You can always call or text us instead of using the form. To ask what information we hold, or to request a correction or deletion, email info@sanjuancarpet.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown above.
